Senate Minority Leader Harold Jones II and GLBC Chair Nikki Merritt to Hold Press Conference on Voting Rights Act

ATLANTA (May 13, 2026) — Tomorrow, Senate Minority Leader Harold Jones II (D–Augusta) and Georgia Legislative Black Caucus (GLBC) Chair Sen. Nikki Merritt (D–Grayson) will join House Minority Leader Carolyn Hugley (D–Columbus) and the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) of Georgia to hold a press conference on the Voting Rights Act.
