Sen. Randal Mangham to Host HBCU and Divine Nine Day at the Georgia State Capitol

ATLANTA (March 10, 2026) — On Thursday, March 12, Sen. Randal Mangham (D–Stone Mountain) will host Historically Black College and University (HBCU) and Divine Nine Day at the State Capitol. The event will also feature guest speakers on protecting the right to vote.
