Sen. Randal Mangham to Hold Faith and Clergy Day at the Georgia State Capitol

ATLANTA (March 2, 2026) — On Tuesday, March 3, Sen. Randal Mangham (D–Stone Mountain) will host Faith and Clergy Day at the Georgia State Capitol. He will be joined by Jamal Harrison Bryant, Senior Pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, and more than 200 faith leaders from across the state to discuss strengthening collaboration between the faith community and state leadership.

Faith and Clergy Day will also include a press conference to discuss protecting locally administered elections and civic participation in the upcoming primary elections, as well as the recent escalation of the war with Iran and the moral responsibility of leaders when their decisions impact human life.

Sen. Randal Mangham to Hold Virtual Town Hall Meeting on Georgia’s Education System

ATLANTA (November 10, 2025) — On November 13, 2025, Sen. Randal Mangham (D–Stone Mountain) will hold a virtual town hall meeting to discuss the impact of the Trump administration on Georgia’s education system. Sen. Freddie Powell Sims (D–Dawson), Rep. Segun Adeyina (D–Grayson), Joseph T. Fleming from the Georgia Association of Educators and Former Georgia State Representative Alisha Thomas Searcy will also serve as panelists.
