ATLANTA (January 15, 2019) | Sen. Greg Dolezal (R – Cumming) took his oath of office yesterday, administered by Georgia Supreme Court Justice Charles Bethel.
Sen. Dolezal represents Georgia’s 27th Senate District which includes Cumming and parts of Forsyth County. This marks the beginning of his two-year term in the Georgia Senate and the official beginning of the 2019 Georgia General Assembly.
“I am humbled and honored to have been chosen by the people of District 27 to represent them at the state level,” said Sen. Dolezal. “I am prepared to speak up for our values and excited to work with the other members of the Senate and the House this session to help fulfill Georgia’s potential.”
Sen. Dolezal has lived in Georgia for the last 15 years. He is a partner at Renewed Vision, a technology firm based in Forsyth County.
Sen. Dolezal lives in Forsyth County with his wife and his four children.
