Senate Passes Bill to Remove Mug Shots from Websites Free of Charge

ATLANTA (March 27, 2013) – The State Senate passed HB 150, carried by Sen. Jesse Stone (R-Waynesboro), by a vote of 53-0. Bill Allowing Military Certifications to be used for Professional Licensure Passes the Senate

Ignition Interlock Devices for DUI offenders Bill Passes the Senate

ATLANTA (March 26, 2013) – House Bill 407, which was carried in the Senate by Sen. Butch Miller (R-Gainesville), passed the Senate today by a vote of 48 to 1. This bill requires ignition interlock devices to be installed in vehicles of DUI offenders convicted of a second offense.
