ATLANTA (August 22, 2019) | Senator Kay Kirkpatrick (R – Marietta) was appointed by Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan to serve on three study committees: Senate Study Committee on Evaluating and Simplifying Physician Oversight of Physician Assistants and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Senate Study Committee on Protection from Sexual Predators and Senate Study Committee on Educational Development of African American Children in Georgia.

First Meeting of Study Committees to Evaluate and Simplify Physician Oversight

ATLANTA (August 21, 2019) | Sen. Chuck Hufstetler (R – Rome) will host the first meeting of the Senate Study Committee on Evaluating and Simplifying Physician Oversight of Physician Assistants and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. in room 450 at the Georgia State Capitol. The members of the Senate study committee will be joined by members of the House Study Committee on Evaluating and Simplifying Physician Oversight of Midlevel Providers, chaired by Rep.
