ATLANTA (March 4, 2013) –Senate Bill 141, also known as the “Patient Injury Act,” was assigned to a summer subcommittee in the Senate Health and Human Services (HHS) Committee today. Bill Allowing Part-Time Appellate Attorneys to Practice Law in State Courts Passes Senate
ATLANTA (March 4, 2013) – Senate Bill 96, which would allow part-time assistant and solicitors general to practice law in State Court with exceptions, passed the Senate by a vote of 52 to 0.
