Rockdale and Newton Career Academies Recognized in Georgia CATT Signing Ceremony
ATLANTA (August 16, 2017) | Lt. Governor Casey Cagle, along with Sen. Tonya Anderson (D – Lithonia), recently hosted the Georgia Consortium for Advanced Technical Training (GA CATT) where Colleges and Career Academies from four counties, including two in District 43, were recognized for their commitment to developing a prepared and educated workforce through their participation in the GA CATT program. Representatives from Newton County College and Career Academy, Rockdale Career Academy and industry partners were present as several students from their schools signed apprenticeship agreements.
