July 1st marks the beginning of a new fiscal year and the implementation of many of the bills we passed this session that were signed into law by Governor Brian Kemp. This year, there are several new laws that you should know about as they could have a direct impact on your life. These laws are the result of many years of hard work by legislators, citizens and advocates and we are all anxious to see the positive effect they will have on your lives. Senator John Albers Appointed to Senate Study Committee

ATLANTA (June 21, 2019) | Senator John Albers (R – Roswell) has been appointed to serve on the Senate Evaluating E-Scooters and Other Innovative Mobility Options for Georgians Study Committee. Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan appointed the five-member study committee created by the passage of Senate Resolution 479 during the 2019 Legislative Session.
