Senate Emergency Pursuits by Law Enforcement Officers Study Committee to Hold Meeting

ATLANTA (December 3, 2018) | The Senate Emergency Pursuits by Law Enforcement Officers Study Committee will hold a meeting on Friday, December 14, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. in the Senate Mezzanine at the State Capitol.

Senate Resolution 914 created the Senate Emergency Pursuits by Law Enforcement Officers Study Committee. Sen. John Albers (R – Roswell) will serve as chair of the five-member study committee. Members of the committee will review current procedures regarding emergency pursuits to ensure that safety for both the general public and law enforcement officers is sustained.
