Sen. Jeff Mullis Named to Georgia Trend’s “Most Influential” List

ATLANTA (January 6, 2016)  |  Sen. Jeff Mullis (R – Chickamauga) has been named to Georgia Trend magazine’s “100 Most Influential Georgians” list for the tenth consecutive year. The list highlights individuals who have made significant contributions to the state and positively impacted the lives of Georgians. The full list appears in the January 2016 issue of Georgia Trend

“I’m honored to be recognized among some remarkable individuals who work very hard to make sure Georgia remains a top state for business and provides an excellent quality of life for its citizens. Although the backgrounds of the people on this list are diverse, we all have one thing in common—and that is putting the needs of Georgians first. As long as we remain committed to this same shared goal, Georgia will remain a great place to live, work and play,” said Sen. Mullis.

Sen. Mullis was first elected to the State Senate in 2000 and currently serves as chairman of the Senate Rules Committee. Before chairing Senate Rules, he served as the chairman of the Senate Transportation and Economic Development committees.

Sen. Mullis lives in Chickamauga with his wife Teresa and has three children.
