ATLANTA (December 4, 2020) | Today, Sen. Brandon Beach (R – Alpharetta) released the following statement following yesterday’s conclusion of the Senate Judiciary subcommittee hearing:
“The video of the counting of ballots at the State Farm Arena was submitted as part of testimony before a subcommittee of the Senate Judiciary Committee. The committee accepted the testimony and only the committee can ultimately determine if the testimony and accompanying video is valid and shows evidence of irregularities in the tabulation of ballots. I, and other members of the committee, have not determined that this video fails to support claims of irregularities and any statement to the contrary is without basis and is made by individuals and entities that do not have the legal authority to determine the validity of the video or the accompanying testimony.”
