ATLANTA (November 2, 2017) | Sen. Albers (R – Roswell), along with representatives from the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) and the Georgia Motorcycle Safety Program, will host a ceremony on Friday, November 3, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. for two citizens who are part of the first class to receive the Three-Wheel Basic Riders Course (BRC) permit. The citizens will go through the process of handing in their earned waiver and adding an “M” endorsement to their licenses.
The opportunity to earn this waiver will help those who are disabled, veterans and those who are elderly to be able to still ride.
