ATLANTA (January 29, 2021) | Today, President Pro Tempore Butch Miller (R – Gainesville) released the following statement on the recent incident at the Prime Pak Foods facility in Gainesville:
“Teresa, the boys, and I are thinking this morning of the six individuals who tragically lost their lives along with those who were injured at Prime Pak Foods in Gainesville yesterday. This tragedy has shaken Hall County and all of northeast Georgia and is sure to weigh heavily on our hearts in the coming days and weeks. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, ‘The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.’ Today, I ask you to join my family in praying for the grieving families and all of those in our community who knew and loved them.”
