Locations for Upcoming Joint Senate and House Redistricting Hearings in Athens and Augusta Announced

ATLANTA (July 2, 2021) | Sen. John F. Kennedy (R – Macon), Chair of the Senate Committee on Reapportionment and Redistricting, and Rep. Bonnie Rich (R – Suwannee), Chair of the House Legislative and Congressional Reapportionment Committee, have announced the locations for the upcoming Joint Senate and House Redistricting hearings to be held in Athens and Augusta.

Senator Russ Goodman Appointed to Water and Sewer Infrastructure Committee by Governor Kemp

ATLANTA (July 1, 2021) |Sen. Russ Goodman (R – Cogdell) has been appointed to the Water and Sewer Infrastructure Committee by Governor Brian Kemp. These committee members will be responsible for making recommendations to the Governor regarding the allocation of funds received through the American Rescue Plan Act.
