ATLANTA (September 15, 2025) — On Thursday, September 18, at 1:00 p.m., the Senate Committee on Urban Affairs, chaired by Sen. Donzella James (D–Atlanta), will meet to review current homeowners’ association (HOA) and rent control legislation.

ABOUT THE MEETING:
Chairwoman James and committee members will discuss Senate Bills 106, 107 and 108. These bills, all authored by Sen. James during the 2025 Legislative Session, examine issues such as rent regulation, homeowner protections related to HOAs and property owner association requirements.
