ATLANTA (Nov. 21, 2023)  On Nov. 27, the Senate Study Committee on Foster Care and Adoption, chaired by Sen. Kay Kirkpatrick (R-Marietta), will hold its fourth meeting at the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta, GA.
