Senate Passes Bill to Prevent Overcrowding in Child Care Facilities

ATLANTA (March 27, 2013) – The State Senate passed HB 354, carried by Sen. Jesse Stone (R-Waynesboro), by a vote of 45-8.  HB 354 limits the total number of children in family day-care homes to six and group day-care homes to 18 and requires uninsured owners to notify parents. Senate Passes Bill to Remove Mug Shots from Websites Free of Charge

ATLANTA (March 27, 2013) – The State Senate passed HB 150, carried by Sen. Jesse Stone (R-Waynesboro), by a vote of 53-0. This legislation makes it illegal to charge a fee to remove booking photographs of exonerated people from websites. Bill Allowing Military Certifications to be used for Professional Licensure Passes the Senate

ATLANTA (March 26, 2013) – The Georgia Senate passed House Bill 188 by a vote of 51 to 3. Sponsored by Sen.
