Kemp in the removal of the two remaining members and two alternate members of the DeKalb County Board of Ethics. Five members of the DeKalb County Board of Ethics have previously resigned due to ongoing internal disagreements.

ATLANTA (March 15, 2023) | Yesterday, March 14, 2023, Senator Jason Esteves (D – Atlanta) hosted a virtual town hall for constituents to discuss the Sterigenics facility located within his district in Cobb County. Sterigenics, a medical sterilization company, is facing legal action after it was revealed in 2019 that its Cobb County facility had emitted dangerous levels of ethylene oxide, a cancer-causing chemical.
