Georgia Senate Passes Bill Clarifying Coroner Obligations to Property
ATLANTA (March 4, 2014) | The Georgia State Senate passed Senate Bill 383 today, which clarifies current law regarding a coroner’s obligations regarding unclaimed objects or property related to the deceased individual.
