Senate Bill 179 passes to encourage competitive proposals for public works construction projects

ATLANTA (March 4, 2013) –Senate Bill 141, also known as the “Patient Injury Act,” was assigned to a summer subcommittee in the Senate Health and Human Services (HHS) Committee today.
