ATLANTA (October 18, 2021) | This week, Sen. Donzella James (D – Atlanta), Chairwoman of the Senate Interstate Cooperation Committee, will hold a press conference to discuss the results of Georgia’s hearings regarding the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). The Senate Interstate Cooperation Committee has held three hearings previously to educate and make the provisions of ARPA transparent for the state of Georgia.
