ATLANTA (January 26, 2011) – With the first week of the 2011 General Assembly completely turned upside down due to the ice storm that paralyzed much of north Georgia, State Sen. Jeff Mullis (R-Chickamauga) still had plenty of duties to fulfill. Mullis, who begins his sixth term in office, officially started work as one of Lt. Gov.
