ATLANTA (April 30, 2021) | On April 22, 2021, Sen. Larry Walker (R – Perry) and members of the Georgia Joint Defense Commission convened for their meeting at Clay National Guard Center in Marietta, Georgia. The agenda included discussions on Army issues and priorities, legislative updates from the 2021 session and briefings on three of Georgia’s bases: Fort Benning, Fort Gordon and Fort Stewart.
