Rural Hospital Tax Credit Becomes Law
ATLANTA (May 9, 2017) | On Monday, Governor Nathan Deal signed Senate Bill 180 into law which will increase the cap and credit amount for donations made to rural hospitals. Senator Dean Burke (R – Bainbridge) sponsored SB 180 to continue Georgia’s efforts to ensure rural hospitals around the state receive monetary assistance.
