Bill Transferring Home-School Records to Department of Education Passes Senate

ATLANTA (February 2, 2012) – Senate Bill 227, sponsored by Sen. Barry Loudermilk (R-Cassville), passed the Georgia Senate today with a 42-11 vote. If enacted, this bill will allow home-school intent and attendance records to be filed electronically with the Georgia Department of Education.
