Smyrna, Ga. (January 7, 2015) | Senator Hunter Hill (R- Atlanta), District 6, began the New Year by hosting a town hall meeting. Attendees gathered at the Smyrna Community Center and received an issue preview of the 2015 political landscape followed by a Q & A session. The public meeting covered topics ranging from transportation and education to immigration and tax reform.
Elected to the Georgia Senate in 2012, Hill represents portions of Cobb and Fulton counties. Hill looks forward to his continued service in state government noting, “My top priority is to ensure citizens of District 6 have a voice. Hearing concerns from our community gives me further insight on how to handle the many pressing issues affecting Georgia families.”
Senator Hill plans on conducting more Town Hall meetings throughout the upcoming year.
