Valencia Seay (D-Riverdale) will serve as Grand Marshall for the 2010 Martin Luther King, Jr. birthday celebration and parade, sponsored by the Fayette County NAACP on Monday, Jan. 18. Seay is a Life Member of the NAACP, and has been active throughout her political career in supporting the organization’s goals and endeavors.
