ATLANTA (April 19, 2010) – Sen. Nan Orrock (D-Atlanta) will recognize Pulitzer Prize-winning author Douglas Blackmon in the Senate Chamber tomorrow. Author of “Slavery by Another Name,” Blackmon currently serves as The Wall Street Journal’s bureau chief in Atlanta. Orrock will present Blackmon with a Senate Resolution honoring his many achievements in journalism.
