ATLANTA (February 1, 2017) | Senator Jeff Mullis (R – Chickamauga) received his Georgia’s Most Influential Award from Georgia Trend on January 26, 2017.
“It is an honor to be recognized with such a distinguished group of leaders in Georgia,” said Sen. Mullis. “I will continue to work hard with my colleagues to promote Georgia’s economic growth. The wellbeing of our citizens remains our number one priority.”
Sen. Mullis was given this honor for his work in the Georgia Senate, particularly on legislation aimed at stopping illegal immigration and improving Georgia’s schools. This is the ninth consecutive year Sen. Mullis has received this honor.
Georgia Trend releases their 100 Most Influential Georgians list annually. The list includes individuals who make a positive impact on the lives of Georgians and make decisions that affect the wellbeing of the state. Naming the top 100 is a year-round process and the final list includes those who represent leadership and influence.
