ATLANTA (January 15, 2014) | Sen. Chuck Hufstetler (R- Rome) has released the following statement in response to Governor Nathan Deal’s State of the State address:
“I am proud of the amount of progress our state has established over the past two years. The state of Georgia has seen job creation on the rise and the reformation of the tax code and the juvenile justice system.
By allocating an additional $547 million to state education spending, we are opening the doors for every child to have the best instruction possible while also protecting our valuable teachers. I look forward to working with members of the Georgia General Assembly to implement these policies that will benefit each, individual Georgian.”
