State Sen. Vincent Fort (D-Atlanta) will join faculty, staff and students at Atlanta Technical College Friday for the groundbreaking of their new on-campus Heath and Sciences building. Fort played a key role in securing the $10 million to fund the new school, with will provide Atlanta Tech students new opportunities for career paths and certificate programs at one of the state’s leading technical colleges.
