ATLANTA (June 21, 2019) | Senator John Albers (R – Roswell) has been appointed to serve on the Senate Evaluating E-Scooters and Other Innovative Mobility Options for Georgians Study Committee. Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan appointed the five-member study committee created by the passage of Senate Resolution 479 during the 2019 Legislative Session.

Sen. John Albers Honors Firefighters and Commends Agencies for Preparation during Weekend Festivities

ATLANTA (February 6, 2019) | Sen. John Albers (R – Roswell) sponsored Senate Resolution 71 which designates February 5, 2019, as Firefighters Recognition Day in the Georgia Senate. Sen. John Albers Files School Safety Legislation as Re-Appointed Chairman of the Senate Public Safety Committee

ATLANTA (January 15, 2019) | Sen. John Albers (R – Roswell) recently filed two pieces of legislation resulting from the Senate School Safety Study Committee, which Sen. Albers chaired during the 2018 interim. In addition, Sen. Albers was re-appointed today to serve as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Public Safety and to serve on several influential committees for the 2019 Legislative Session by the Senate Committee on Assignments.
