ATLANTA (March 26, 2013) – The Georgia State Senate passed House Bill 361 today by a vote of 36-16. HB 361, sponsored in the Senate by Senator Brandon Beach (R-Alpharetta), prohibits certain acts involving labor unions and collective bargaining. This was Sen. ATLANTA (March 4, 2013) –Senate Bill 141, also known as the “Patient Injury Act,” was assigned to a summer subcommittee in the Senate Health and Human Services (HHS) Committee today. Sen. Brandon Beach Co-Sponsors Constitutional Amendment to Phase Out State Income Tax
ATLANTA (February 1, 2013) – Sen. Brandon Beach (R-Alpharetta) is co-sponsoring Senate Resolution 8 in the State Senate.
