ATLANTA (May 11, 2021) | On Tuesday, May 3, Governor Brian Kemp signed House Bill 154, sponsored in the Senate by Sen. Bo Hatchett (R – Cornelia). House Bill 154 would decrease the age for Georgians to adopt children to 21 from 25.

Bo Hatchett Signed into Law”ATLANTA (February 22, 2021) | Last week, Governor Brian Kemp announced the opening of four state-run mass vaccination facilities for COVID-19, including one located in Habersham County. Located in Clarkesville at the Habersham County Fairgrounds, the facility will begin operations on Monday, February 22 and will have the goal of administering 1,100 vaccines per day, totaling 22,000 vaccines each week.
