ATLANTA (August 6, 2020) | Yesterday, Sen. Chuck Payne (R – Dalton) joined Governor Brian P. Kemp for the signing of two bills: Senate Bill 43 and Senate Bill 104. Both sponsored by Sen. Payne, SB 43 and SB 104 respectively address the regulation of certain government activities, as well as several sunset provisions for sales and use taxes.
