ATLANTA (November 18, 2019) | Sen. P.K. Martin (R – Lawrenceville) will host the next meeting of the Senate Study Committee on Higher Education Outcomes on Thursday, November 21, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education and Hotel.

The Senate Study Committee on Higher Education Outcomes was created by the passage of Senate Resolution 464 during the 2019 Legislative Session. As stated in the resolution, the committee shall be comprised of seven members of the Senate and two non-legislative members, one from the University System of Georgia and one from the Technical College System of Georgia. The committee will review the changing labor markets and evolving requirements for higher education including continuing education, certifications and degrees.
