ATLANTA (November 19, 2025) — On Friday, November 21, at 1:00 p.m., the Senate Study Committee on Additional Services and Resources for Transition Age Youth in Foster Care, chaired by Sen. Kay Kirkpatrick (R–Marietta), will hold its final meeting for the purpose of adopting the committee report.

ABOUT THE MEETING:
The Senate Study Committee on Additional Services and Resources for Transition Age in Foster Care, created through Senate Resolution 310, aims to determine the state of current resources and services being offered to transition age youth throughout Georgia and which additional resources and services may be or should be provided to ensure their success through adulthood.
