Senate Bill Passes to Provide More Authentic Learning Experience for Non-Profit Museums Featuring Distilleries

ATLANTA (February 4, 2014)  |  The Georgia State Senate passed Senate Bill 240 today by a vote of 43 to 9.  Sponsored by Sen. Hunter Hill (R- Smyrna), this legislation will allow non-profit museums to manufacture and sample distilled spirits. Senate Bill to Create the Maternal Mortality Review Committee Passes the Senate

ATLANTA (February 4, 2014) | The Georgia State Senate passed Senate Bill 273 today by a vote of 51-1.  Sponsored by Sen. Dean Burke (R—Bainbridge), this legislation requires the Department of Public Health to establish a Maternal Mortality Review Committee for the purposes of reviewing and developing strategies to prevent maternal deaths in Georgia.
