ATLANTA (February 3, 2012) –The Georgia Senate passed SB 319 on Thursday in a unanimous vote. Sponsored by Sen. Rick Jeffares (R-Locust Grove), this legislation would restrict the use of boats on state park lakes and other areas when the Department of Natural Resources has posted a sign or other form of notice restricting such use.
