ATLANTA (March 27, 2013) – The State Senate passed HB 354, carried by Sen. Jesse Stone (R-Waynesboro), by a vote of 45-8. HB 354 limits the total number of children in family day-care homes to six and group day-care homes to 18 and requires uninsured owners to notify parents.
