Izzy’s Law, sponsored by Sen. Max Burns (R – Sylvania), will require the Department of Public Health to develop a widely-accessible safety plan for aquatic activities based on the standards for nationally-accredited swim instructors.

ATLANTA (April 24, 2023) | Today, Governor Brian Kemp signed Senate Bill 213 into law in Augusta, Georgia. SB 213, sponsored by Chairman of the Senate Committee on Ethics, Sen. Max Burns (R – Sylvania), would permit property owners to replace an existing manufactured or mobile home with a new home, even if it causes a continuance of non-conforming use of property.
