Emanuel Jones (D-Decatur), chairman of the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus (GLBC), is announcing the annual Heritage Dinner at the Georgia Freight Depot, one of the most successful and well-attended cultural events around the Georgia State Capitol during the legislative session. Invitees include keynote speaker Dick Gregory, an activist, comedian and humanitarian, as well as Georgia Department of Labor Commissioner Michael Thurmond.
