ATLANTA (January 28, 2026) — Sen. David Lucas (D–Macon) recently introduced Senate Bill 380 to expand Medicaid statewide. Under this legislation, the state would be able to draw on federal funding to cover low-income households and extend eligibility to cover a wider range of Georgians.
