Georgia Senate Passes Bill Revising Functions of Department of Behavioral Health and Disabilities

ATLANTA (February 18, 2014)  |  Senate Bill 349, which revises the functions and responsibilities of the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), passed the Georgia Senate today by a vote of 51 to 0. Sen. Charlie Bethel (R – Dalton), an administration floor leader, sponsored the bill on the behalf of Governor Nathan Deal.
