Gov. Brian Kemp Signs Bill to Allow Home-Schoolers to Play Sports

ATLANTA (May 11, 2021) |Last week, Gov. Brian Kemp signed Senate Bill 42, a bill that would allow home school students in grades six through 12 to participate in extracurricular and interscholastic activities in the student’s resident public school system, into law.

Foster Care Reform Bill Sponsored by Sen. Bo Hatchett Signed into Law

ATLANTA (May 11, 2021) | On Tuesday, May 3, Governor Brian Kemp signed House Bill 154, sponsored in the Senate by Sen. Bo Hatchett (R – Cornelia). House Bill 154 would decrease the age for Georgians to adopt children to 21 from 25.
