Kay Kirkpatrick (R – Marietta) joined fellow members of the Georgia Joint Defense Commission for a meeting at the Nugteren Hanger within the Museum of Aviation at Robins Air Force Base. In attendance were representatives from the state’s Air Force commands and installations, who served as panelists to facilitate discussions on current issues and priorities.

Gov. Brian Kemp Appoints Sen. Larry Walker to Water and Sewer Infrastructure Committee

ATLANTA (July 1, 2021) | Earlier this week, Gov. Brian Kemp announced his selection of appointments to three Georgia Jobs and Infrastructure Committees, which will be tasked with reviewing applications for federal relief funds and making recommendations for state appropriations awarded through the American Rescue Plan. Among the list of members, Sen. Larry Walker (R – Perry) was chosen to serve on the Water and Sewer Infrastructure Committee.
