ATLANTA (February 18, 2014) | Senate Bill 346, sponsored by Sen. Josh McKoon (R-Columbus), passed the Georgia State Senate today by a vote of 51 to 0. If signed into law, the bill will require at least one member of the Board of Community Health to serve as a member of the State Health Benefit Plan.
