Albers Honors Childhood Cancer Patients and Families at Georgia State Capitol ATLANTA (September 10, 2013) – Senator John Albers (R –Roswell) recognized several families with children undergoing cancer treatment as part of Child Cancer Awareness Month on Tuesday, September 10 at the Georgia State Capitol. Senate Passes Bill to Protect Georgia’s Senior Citizens and Individuals with Special Needs

ATLANTA (March 5, 2013) – Sen. John Albers (R –Roswell) applauds the passage of SB 207, which passed the Senate by a vote of 47 to 4. Sponsored by Sen. Albers, this legislation will allow private home care providers to obtain first offenders information on potential job applicants.

Sen. Albers introduces bill to provide health insurance for children with Autism

ATLANTA (February 26, 2013) – Sen. John Albers (R –Roswell) introduced SB 191, also known as “Ava’s Law,” during Georgia Disabilities Day at the State Capitol on Thursday, February 21, 2013.
