ATLANTA (April 8, 2016)  |  Sen. Frank Ginn (R – Danielsville) received a “Champion of Georgia’s Cities” award from the Georgia Municipal Association (GMA) for his work during the 2015 – 2016 legislative sessions. The award was presented to Sen. Ginn during the Auburn City Council meeting on Thursday, April 7. State legislators who most actively support GMA’s initiatives and goals are given this award at the end of every two-year legislative term. Continue reading “Sen. Sen. Frank Ginn and Mayor Nancy Denson Honor Willie “W.C.” Bolton on the Occasion of His Retirement with Senate Resolution 77

Frank Ginn (R – Danielsville), Athens Mayor Nancy Denson, and the entire board honored the retirement of Willie “W.C.” Bolton with the presentation of Senate Resolution 77 on Tuesday, March 17. Mayor Denson presented Mr. Bolton with a treasured key to the City of Athens for his dedicated and meritorious service.  The presentation was held at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center Northeast Board Meeting in Athens. Bolton served for 42 years in law enforcement, including time spent as a deputy sheriff and working multiple positions in government associations. Continue reading “Sen. Senator Frank Ginn Receives Legislative Honor from ACCG

ATLANTA (August 7, 2013) – State Senator Frank Ginn (R-Danielsville) has received the Legislative Service Award from the Association of the County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG) for his outstanding achievements during the 2013 legislative session.
